The Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”, define the rules for using the services provided in the salon / beauty salon of Magdalena Kusnierek

8. Each subsequent correction is paid extra (the price is set by the person performing)

9. Customers should report a complaint immediately after the occurrence of undesirable symptoms, not later than 4 weeks after the procedure.

10. It is allowed to submit a complaint by registered mail or e-mail

11. Each written complaint is resolved within 30 days

12. We offer the possibility to enter on a reserve list.

13. In the case of dismissal of a woman for a given procedure, we always contact the woman of origin.

14. Due to the invitation, we kindly ask you to immediately link the services of the Salon about the impossibility of showing up for the visit. This will allow you to take advantage of our treats on the standby list.

15. Procedures, records and all procedures, during and after the treatment, care for the comfort and safety of the client.

16. In the Salon we provide:

19. Each client has the right to view the issue, price list and certificates referred to by the Salon or employees.
